First competition!
Hey people! I’m a newbie to the bodybuilding world, atleast competition wise. I have my very first competition in roughly 12 weeks. My calorie intake is at 2400 calories a day with 45 minutes of cardio. My energy level by the end of my workouts…well I basically am pretty dead. So I was just wondering if there are any pointers anyone could possibly give me to help me in my first competition!
