Hi!

I am new here and kind of lost… So I will just post in my blog and hope someone responds with some good advice for me.

Ok lets start with the reason I am here… I can’t lose ANY god damn weight! >_<! I have been really lucky so far. I have been doing all the things people trying to lose weight avoid. ex drinking over 2 litres of pop a day, eating tons of junk food instead of actual meals, never exercising on purpose. etc.

I say never exercising on purpose cuz the only exercise i do is when I am hyper. lol I have ADHD. I cannot sit still for that long. So i get up and run/jog the extra energy off. Sometimes I run for just a few minutes, other times I have been known to run for an hour straight.  In any case it adds up to running a few hours a day but that is all the exercise I get.

So far this has been enough for me. I have never gained any weight (besides the weight you get from growing) and the only extra weight I have is baby fat. Just one problem. Now I want to lose that baby fat and I am not eating any junk food (which is killing me btw)  and eating healthy foods. I have been doing this for a few months. My weight hasn’t changed by even 1 pound. X_X

ugh all i want to do is lose 5 pounds and tone my stomach a little then I will be perfect. That is not happening though. I don’t want to go on any special pills for dieting or anything. I am not that desperate plus I don’t have much spare cash.

Help? I am 20 years old and I still have my baby fat. This is pathetic. x.x

    2 rules I have lived by to drop over 30lbs in the past 3 months. Cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for 30 minutes and no carbs after 6pm. Diet has to be 100% clean at ALL times.

    As said above, get up half hour earlier and get some cardio done on an emtpy stomach. Burns fat stores, gives the metabolsim a kickstart early in the day. Eating clean is good, just aim for progressive changes, increase water consumption, add more lean foods, fruit veggies all that. Just make the changes in exercise progressive. Nice long jogs for weight loss. Distance is the key for you atm. Hope you get to where you want to be at very soon. You look great anyways. Hope to see some progress info and shots soon. :)
