Progress

I hit the gym pretty late last night.  I think my SuperPump250 kept me up all night.  Not sure if I was even able to get 2 hrs. of sleep last night.  I know I’ll be feeling the fatigue later today.  I need to hit the gym earlier so I can get my 8 hrs. of sleep per night.  I hope this won’t affect my workout energy tonight.
