Progress

Thursday, March 26th, 2009

Still no ripped 6-pack yet… a little disappointed.  I know it’s due to my diet slacking a little lately.  I know I need to tighten that back up in order to see more progress.  Hopefully I’ll regain enough confidence back to once again start posting progress pics.  I just need to remember that this is a marathon and not a sprint.  Things don’t happen overnight.  I know what I must do!  So I’ll keep motivated and keep killing it in hopes of eventually getting a 6-pack.  And that’s not from the local grocery :P

So I finally feel settled back in.  I found myself a new gym, finally!  I decided to go with a gym that is not 24 hrs.  Originally I was dead set on finding a nearby gym that was open 24 hrs.  But in the end I decided to go with a local gym that was less crowded and had all the equipment I needed.  So far I’m really happy with my decision to go with this gym.  I’ve never had to wait in line for a machine or weight (so far).  Hopefully it stays like that.  I’m still adjusting to the new neighborhood and longer commute.  But hey I’m happy, so that puts me back in the game.  Time to get psych’d up again and rip it up!!  I’m back!!
