Progress
Thursday, March 26th, 2009Still no ripped 6-pack yet… a little disappointed. I know it’s due to my diet slacking a little lately. I know I need to tighten that back up in order to see more progress. Hopefully I’ll regain enough confidence back to once again start posting progress pics. I just need to remember that this is a marathon and not a sprint. Things don’t happen overnight. I know what I must do! So I’ll keep motivated and keep killing it in hopes of eventually getting a 6-pack. And that’s not from the local grocery
