Almost There
Tuesday, April 29th, 2008So I’ve managed to regain the weight I dropped last week. As of last night, I’m back at 152 lbs. I’m aiming to bulk until I get to 155 lbs., so not too far off. Almost time to start my cutting phase. I started off around 141 and have managed to gain about .5 to 1 lb. per week which is pretty good (hopefully it’s mostly muscle gains instead of fat). Overall, I think I have had a pretty clean bulk. I’m looking forward to getting more cut and getting rid of the smoothed over look from the excess fat. I anticipate about another week or two until I reach my bulk goal weight. Then… it’ll be time to cut… high rep workouts along with HIIT cardio sessions. Cardio is not something I’ll be looking forward to… can’t stand them. But unfortunately we gotta do what we gotta do…
