First of all, I would like to wish a very happy Valentine’s Day to everybody and wish you joy, happiness and true love!
This is great that we have the day to celebrate LOVE. When you think about it - love makes us better, stronger, helps us to get through some bad days. Sometimes we forget about this wonderful feeling or dismiss the full meaning of it. But on February 14 all of us think about it - willingly or not. And that’s great!
Off course, there are so many different meanings of love - we love our parents, we love our kids, we love our “significant others”(sometimes this one is not easy for whatever reason), we love flowers, we love sunny days. . . Anyway, you get what I’m trying to say.
For me it is more than just a Valentine’s Day. . . It is my birthday. I am happy to be born on such a day. Maybe that’s why I’m such a romantic in life. For me LOVE means everything. But today. . . Oh, well. People, I AM 40!!! I have very mixed feelings about it. I am happy and scared at the same time. It is not easy to realize that you are not in your 20s or 30s anymore and you are never going back there. . .
Fitness helps me to feel and stay young and beautiful!

Hey, happy B-day . . . I turn the big 4-OH in May. Dreading it a bit, too, but I plan on getting into the best shape of my life to prove to myself that it isn’t old (hope I’m right).
You look awesome by the way . . . you should be very proud of the physique you’ve built. Keep it up!
