Finally posted some more recent progress pics. Windows XP has been a relatively good OS when compared to past incarnations of Windows, but will someone please tell me how a "user-friendly" GUI OS can’t recognize a built in multi-card reader. The thing is built into the motherboard!!! An ASUS motherboard. I hate to sound like all the other Windows haters out there, but I have had an IMAC and I currently have an ACER Aspire One running a Linux OS and I have recently put XUbuntu onto my Dad’s 7 yr old computer and guess what??? That kinda stuff just works on those OS’. Anyway, that’s why it’s taken so long to get the photos up. Card reader problemo’s.

Of course I’m no smarter, because I lost the USB cord that would of just direct connected the camera to the computer…. but would it of worked???????

But it is progress.

I’m still getting used to having to pack and plan for my meals while I’m away. Did well though and when I jumped on the scale I was 213, down 8 pounds from the last time I was on it.

Also took my Week 3 pics up. Slowly but surely seeing a difference.

Heading to the gym for a workout in a couple hours.

Had a really good workout last night. The superset routine seems to be working really well for me as I get a lot done quickly. 3 Supersets of Bench/ Tri Pushdown, Incline Press/ Overhead Ext, Flat Flye/ Skullcrushers.
I tell ya, I’m maxed out by the end of that. Doesn’t take me anymore then 45 minutes.

Just posted my second set of pics. I’m planning on taking some every Monday morning just to see the progression and stay motivated. Last week went really well with my diet plan. Treated myself to a small Cinammon Bun on Saturday before our game. We are 14-1-0-2 in our last 17 games with a 7 game winning streak at the moment. So I figured between hockey and eating well I deserved the small cheat.

Let me tell you folks that these really hurt the old ego here. Check them out for yourself. I just hate that I got away from eating right. That’s 99% for me. My buddy who owns the gym I used to manage hates my guts because I’ll gain a bunch of wait being lazy and then turn around lose it all in 2 or 3 weeks just by eating better. Now, I hate him because he’s 6′3", 235lbs of ripped muscle, but he’s earned it big time. I believe when he was 19 years old he was in and around 150lbs and he eats 3500 quality calories just to maintain his mass at 6% BF. I have to give credit where credit is due and that guy deserves it more than anyone I know.

I should probably take a page out of his book.
