HOMECOMING

I’m out!  Going back to the states for R&R.  Get to see all my loved ones, enjoy my new King Size bed I have yet to sleep in, and don’t have to worry about indirect fire LOL!  All my fellow Soldiers insist that I won’t keep up the same level of exercise that I have been doing out here.  Honestly I plan on doing so, but we’ll see.  I’ve worked too hard, spent to much money on supplements, banged and dropped weights on my fingers, overworked my shoulders trying to break a plateau, and lost a total of 21 lbs to go back.  I feel and look better than I have in 5-6 years.  That good ol’ swamp heat in Louisiana will keep me sweating while I hit the track on post, so calories will be burned.  When I come back to the "Dirty I", my goal is to start bulking.  I feel a little to thin for where I want to be.  Anyhow thank you all for the few comments I’ve received and the advice.  It made my deployment a little easier.  Those who are currently deployed be safe.  I’ll be praying for you while I’m in the good ol’ States.

Sorry It’s been one of those days.  Actually more like half a year.  This deployment sucks and the longer it goes on, the more Im getting aggravated by little things.  Like how come when you post a picture, you don’t pay attention to your surroundings?  i.e. A DIRTY ASS ROOM, or A MESSY KITCHEN.  Is it just me or doesn’t bodybuilding and physical fitness involve some type of discipline?  If you can’t pick up after yourself, then how the hell are you gonna get into shape by yourself!  And you may ask " WHO THE HELL IS HE?"  Well the answer is " a clean, organized, man"  LOL  HOLLA "SPACE"

Whats the deal?

Let me begin by stating that I AM NOT COMPLAINING AT ALL, but I would like to know whats th deal with all the ass shots.  It seems that every profile update from the women are all "booty" shots.  Is it a competition amongst you?  Is it for the top bodyspace spot?  I would like to hear from a women regarding this.  Is the booty the most unappreciated part of the feminime body?  I must say that the 40 year old women and up are killing it!  (That’s a good thing for those who don’t understand).  Holla back "Space"!!

Many of us posess the characteristic of appreciating what we have.  I started and aerobics class last week for an alternative cardio exercise, and to support my company First Sergeant ( he is the instructor ).  Anyhow it’s 3 times a week, and today’s focus was abdominals.  He killed me and while I was going through "torture" all I could think about is the women and men on this site who have BUSTED their ass to get the results that they carry.  This shit HURTS.  The phrase " No pain, No gain" is so true.  Honestly my abs burned so much, that I wanted to quit, but then I thought about Serb4ever and a blog of his that I responded too about discipline.  I also reflected on how much I’ve put in to this lifestyle and my results from the past three months.  Anyhow I would like to commend those who have came from the bottom up, and who won’t quit!

 

oh yeah Im not going to put up any progress photos anytime soon (it’s not like I get comments anyhow) because the next ones I do put up are gonna shock the sheet outta ya!

Alrighty then…..So I’m at the gym today with a peer and one of his soldiers.  He tells me that he is amped because he just took NO-Xplode.  So now I’m hyped because I remembered that I just purchased a 2lb bottle myself and it should arrive today.  Fast forward 20 minutes into the workout and he dips out to use the pisser.  I figured that he just "tapped" out from the shoulder blast, and needed a break.  A few minutes go by (too long for a piss) so we figured okay maybe an upset stomach due to the supplement.  Well finally he arrives with a confused look on his grill.  He pulls us close together in a privacy circle, and asks the soldier " Hey man, What does that stuff do to you?"  The soldier replies with " Nothin but give me the shitz from time to time."  My buddy replies " Well you won’t believe what just happened in the pisser." 

He goes on to tell us that after he finished pissin, a few seconds later he ejaculated.  We have been here for 7 months in the "I" and I know he hasn’t had any contact with a female, so i figured his body just let "one go". But then with the medical side about the "valves" and all in our "love muscle", more time should have passed between the piss and the "release".  I laughed because I never heard of that before.  Then I replied that I hope it wasn’t the NO-Xplode, because I don’t need or want that to happen to me LOL!

He was dead serious because I guess he felt funny and tired afterwards ( all men do; thats why we sleep LOL) .  Well he asked me to post this blog and find out in the community if this has happened to anyone out there?  I myself would like to know also because my shipment should arrive in the next day or too , and I am looking forward to getting my pump on (not in that way). Sorry it’s still comical to me because of his expression.  Okay BodySpace, let me know somethin!

Freakin’ Hungry Man!!!!

Ok ok. So I’m monitoring my caloric intake, eating six meals a day (three are shakes) and for some reason I get hungry right about this time.  Its 1000 pm here in Iraq.  People tell me to drink water, but it ain’t workin.  Any suggestions?  I have a bag of Reese’s (LOL) but I don’t want to go there.

Could a fellow soldier who is deployed or was, shoot me an example meal regime?  Im trying to burn this ‘bulge".  Currently I am running 3-4 miles every other day along with a daily caloric intake of 2500.  Not doing too much abdominal workouts, perhaps once a week.  I do see much improvement judging from my pics.  Im also having trouble developing a chest.  Im at the conclusion now that Im not taking in enough protein to build it out.  I started a whey protein today.  Took 200g throughout the day.  I can bench 275×10 with the smith machine, and 225×3 with a reg. flat bench.  Either way I feel a "burn", but thats all. 
HELP!!!

p.s. you dont have to be military to respond.  LOL
