Mission complete…for now!

Friday, April 27th, 2007

Yes, King Marmoset, you did it!!!!!

Lifting 1:  First, don’t lift with a few mixed nuts and some Red Bull in you.  A king needs more food for a good work out.  However, you did well.  Not great, but good.  With more energy the Military Press would have been better.  Next time!

Eat:  Salad with veggies, chicken, brown rice, more veggies - yeah, nice and clean!

Lifting 2:  A very, very good lift.  The Beast’s tips were awesome.  10/20/30 split for forearms is insane!

Hockey:  3 games in 3 nights is cathing up to ol’ King Marmoset.  The left arm is injured, the pointer finger tip is injured, and the back is going.  Still, victory was had and no one noticed the injuries.

Tomorrow:  I can’t lift legs or back due to 4 games in 4 nights.  The injuries will really take their toll.  The opponent is fast as hell too.  Yikes!  Look to Sunday, oh handsome narrator, then legs in the morning and back at night.  You will squat and dead lift the most of all time.  Yes, I have foreseen it.

NO DRINKING!!!

Sleepy time, King Marmoset.  Sleepy time.

Tick Tock…

Friday, April 27th, 2007

Oh, mighty King Marmoset!  It’s 7pm.  Do you have enough time to lift twice, cook, and eat dinner before you leave for the rink for your third game in three nights?  Report back later and speak!

So, You Missed A Workout???

Thursday, April 26th, 2007

Oh, man, I f’n hate missing a work out!  I had to nap, from hockey last night, and I didn’t have time to lift, eat, and get to the rink.  Looks like I’m doubling up tomorrow.  That will eliminate any social activity.  Thus, my retribution, I guess.

Good work on eating 99.8% clean today.  Those fat ****s at the office have to get rid of that jar of cheese curls.  I can walk past it 9 times without eating any, but that one time…SO GOOD!!!

Hockey tonight:  A brisk skate, but I really would have rather skated sprints the entire night.  My team was slow and the other team was slower.  It’s hard to fly under these conditions.  Such is the way of things.  Still, nice to get back into the "W" column.

Okay, King Marmoset, you get a nap early tomorrow and you bust out your sessions.  You’ll need vittles in between, but it needs done.  You’ll be lifting Saturday and Sunday on top of hockey.  No boozing!  This is the end of the pepp talk.

Oh, and to the girl I posted a grammer error in her comment: SORRY!!!  Man, that stuff pisses me off.  I don’t care if other people do it, but I hate when I do it.  It’s okay to **** up here, but not on other people’s pages.

…My dad just sent me a video of my long dead granny…This is going to be tough to watch…

The Living Dead…

Thursday, April 26th, 2007

First, LESS WEIGHT AND BETTER FORM!!!!  I started hammering away on the triceps and I had to stop because I was going crazy with the weight.  Mental note:  less is more!  You know better, stupid King Marmoset!

Second, oh, man, after lifting and hockey I’m dying today…  I just hope I can get it together to do it all over again tonight.  I HAVE to eat earlier in the night.  No more eating that close to game time!

And then there was rest…

Wednesday, April 25th, 2007

Some times you just run out of juice.

Aside from lifting six days a week, playing hockey, and taking Kung fu, I now have grafted long, intense yard work in the sun onto my physical list of demands.  Saturday alone saw me carry bags of sod up a hill in the sun for 5 hours, go straight to the ice rink for a marathon skating fest, go right home and squat more than I ever did before, and then try to go out to be social and talk to girls.  Sunday: Lift and another 6 hours of grueling lawn work in the blazing sun.  To relax on Monday I "only" lifted super hard and went to Kung fu.  Come Tuesday I was a dead man.

So, last night I just laid on the couch, watched baseball, ate vegetables, and rehydrated.  I feel soooo much better today.  Not only has the sun scorching subsided, but the muscle fatigued has also retreated.  That is good because I have lots of lifting to do and ice hockey tonight and tomorrow.  Oh, and I have to find time to get to Kung fu!
