100 reps with 155 on the flat bench and 100 reps of 65 on the barbell curl and 100 sit-ups… good times. Just a couple of months until I am able to work out like I want to but this 300 a day thing is deffinatly shocking my system. We will see what come up tomorrow.

Wow, what a long week. Havent had a full day off since the last day in May. Tomorrow will be it. I have been using the gym at my unit to maintain what I have been working toward for the past year. 100s are doing real good things. I have been doing 3 exercises daily for 100 reps each. Its not much, however I feel good about the results. Yesterday was 100 pushups, 100 pullups and 100 situps. Man, i never thought I could be that sore, I ached in my sleep. Today I think that I will do 100 military press with 95lbs, 100 bent over row with 95 lbs, and 100 crunches.
The fun part of today will be the training that I will be conducting with brand new soldiers in the Army. Today we take these young men and women to the Gas Chamber. Before they go in they are big bad and tough when they come out they are crying like a 10 year old little girl. Hillarious. Yeah, they get a mask, but they also have to know the effects of what CS is. Good times, it’s one of my favorite days in Basic Training.

Well after years of trying I finnaly met my goal of weighing 240lbs. It was a long and hard road but I had a lot of help. Thankyou to those who helped me. But now as my focus begins to change and my currnet workload increases I will be setting a new goal. I am a Drill Sergeant and am required to do so much demanding activity and at 240lbs with apx 14-16% bodyfat, I know I will begin to lose what I have worked so hard for. I think that my new goal during this time of limited workouts and 18-20 hour days will be at weight of 225lbs and cut down to apx 7-10% Body fat. Its a new challenge but it will be fun.

This is all new to me but I thought I would let you all know my new favorite exercise:
The Barbell-Hack Squat: done similar to the deadlift except the bar is behind you touching your calves and you stand and bring the bar to your buttocks. It really doesnt feel good the next day if done properly.
