Hey everyone! I am so excited to be on this website, learning so much, as well as finding inspiration for my goals! My main goal is to transform my body into a figure competitor. I know all of you are probablly laughing because I am know where near it, but it is my goal, and I will transform my body with hard work and dedication.
My Routine is this:
6 days of cardio M-F I do interval training on the elliptical for 25 minutes, I walk/run for 20 minutes, and I do the bike for 20 minutes.
I do arms every other day, and I do legs every other day as well.
I do a billy blanks tae bo, and I do a 6 pack class when I can.
Anyone who has any tips or information for me I would greatly appreciated!!!!!
