Well I’m home now from the BIG APPLE….placed 1st in my light weight division at NPC Team Universe National BB Competition…came pretty close to winning Overall too…. I am qualified and going to Santa Susana Spain in 3 weeks (Oct 4 & 5) to compete in the Women’s BB World Championships representing the USA on the IFBB Women’s Team!  I am totally jazzed!  I believe bodybuilding.com has pics from the show somewhere on this site…but you can also go to www.musculardevelopment.com and I will have some pics up on my site soon too www.kimayres.com.  I also did a photoshoot with www.muscleangels.com and am expecting them to have some great photos and video shots too on my profile with them.  Now I am back to hard training & strict diet regime so I can go make the USA proud!
