Help!

  Okay, so here’s the deal…  My goal is to loose body fat, while gaining lean, strong mass.  Most of all on my legs.  My legs have always been a problem area for me, and a bit of a tender subject.  My upper body has grown with ease over the past six months but my legs, though growing stronger, are not growing in size.  If you have any ideas or know what may help me out, please leave a comment for me.

    Yeah, all I can do is with you ‘good luck’, too. My legs don’t ever seem to grow (not that my upper body has ever been anything to write home about). Maybe due to the strenuous hiking that you do, limited (once/week) heavy duty (not that many reps) leg program may work best for you?
