New training program!
Finally I have a new training program, started on it yesterday. It’s less exercises. About 3 - 4 exercises on each muscle groupe. So lets hope this will work better! Feels like I cant grow anything with just 3 - 4 exercises, but it’s said that you will :S So lets hope! But I dont have any protein… And that suckes… maybe I can buy some in some monthes…

Sure you can progress on 3-4 excercises…keep the intensity up and push yourself and you will grow. With no protein supp, try to keep your food intake high in protein, that will help you.

Yay! I hope it works out for you, 3-4 per bodypart sounds reasonable, enough to work them without tiring too much - works for me anyway ^^
