Took the past 7Days off from training cuz I felt A BurnOut Comin’ on! Got Sum much needed rest after 10wks of bulking. Threw on 5lbs, No visible increase in fat! Chea! =D So excited To Hit The weights 2mrw Morning. Gonna have a big ol’ breakfast. Lots of egg whites, whole grain toast and skim milk and then Am Heading Str8 2The Gym to destroy These Legs! I’ve finished my junk food binge. Ready to start clean eating again. I Bet my fan club at my Gym missed me, since They haven’t seen me for A Whole Wk! Lol.
