3 days in
I know its hard to judge after only 3 days but i think im not doing bad at all - today has been 3d consecutive day of running and i ran (amazing for me) 5mi of hills+speed intervals in about 42minutes burning some 500cal and im proud of it, especially because i didnt want to die after it and found more then enough strength for some killer abs routine with friend ![]()
"Nutrition" is looked after as well - i usually give up in first 2 days of new diets, so this means that "Nutrition Plan" im following now has some potential. Aaaaand im down to 57,2kg now, which is lowest yet comparing my usual weight interval 57,8-60kg. Hope its not only water and sweat loss ![]()
Im going to do my best for it to last this time. The only thing im scared of now is doing too much of cardio and getting tired or exhausted… well, we’ll see how it goes.
PS - Youre right - Nutritional Plan sounds less scary… And yes - im showing only pics of progressed body parts, why would i post pics of lagging lower body when there is obviously no visible progress.

Hey, did you try any supplements to help you last longer and have more energy with your running??
L-carnitine is good choice, burns fat and lets you use it for energy. If you like energy pills, ephedrine or anything like that will help too. Also carb up a little with complex carbs before and simple ones right after workout. Small Gatorade after gym does restores electolites and glycogen in cells! And those are the times you actually can have carbs.
Good luck and stay on track!! It’s worth it!
BTW, abs look amazing!! WAY TO GOO!!

Thanks alot for support
About energy pills - im trying to keep away from those for now. I think i had quite a bad experience with energy-fat burner i had before (Lipo 6). It messed my head up completely, even though i did take only half a dose. My agression and irritation was unbelievably high, and mood swings
like i dont have enough of it already. Now its been about 3 weeks off those and i do feel better. So i think it will be a while till i try smth like it again.
But i did eat a banana about 1h before last (long) run so it might have been the key to extra energy. Also take proteins after training, like you suggested. Hope to see improvement soon, while motivation is way up

You seem so enthused, I like it!
I still can’t convince myself to run, I just fear the impact, of course I’ve still got quite a bit of body I’m moving around so it’s probably wise to avoid the running.
You might be only showing the good pics but they look great and I’m sure your "lagging" areas aren’t that far behind at all, and you’ll beat them in no time.
