Well, three months, 3 surgeries, and 35 pounds lighter I am thankful to be here. I have started the rehabilitation process and its going good over the last couple months since I have started working out again I have almost gotten back to were I was before my motocross crash. Hopefully I’ll be able to rebreak 200 pounds and get my bodyfat percentage back down before I head off to Hawaii for x-mas

Well as a hobby I race and ride motocross. This weekend i went to Bend to ride and rode my dads fourstroke Ktm 450 instead of my twostroke Honda CR 500. Well i was used to it and was hitting some deep 5 foot whoops going between 40 and 50 and that all i can remember. I woke up with a badly broke collar bone and a cracked helmet and severe concusion. A trip to hospital an some xrays and cat scans later showed my head in good shape but my collar bone in two pieces. one piece point up puching against the skin and the other pointing down. This is because as the bone broke the muscles spased and the pex pulled down on one piece while my neck pulled up on the other. Hopefully the piece will realign soon and start o heal or ill have to have them pined together. So wieght training is on hold for a few months =(

Well I am well on the way to achieving my goal of 220 pounds. My goal is to get to 220 pounds and then drop about 5 - 10 pounds of bodyfat putting me around 210 pounds and 5 to 7 percent bodyfat! Hopefully I will be able to conquer this goal over summer although with work and everything else I might have to wait till next school year to try and make my big gains. Only time will tell. My only problem is my hieght. I am 6 foot 2 and half and so at 200 pounds i am still pretty skinny. Although by measurement i might be as big as some guys (15 inch arms) I look smaller by proportion. I hope the extra twenty will fill me out enough, if not i might go thirty.

Well over the last two weeks from my last update i have had alot of gains. I have gained 4 pounds and more impressive i have been lifting more than i ever have been able to. I have determined for me to make gains i have to eat a lot of food. Right now i aim for 5000 calories a day and 250 grams of protien which is alot seeing how i get it all from regular food and no supplements. Maybe this week I’ll go get some Whey Protien but probaly not cause i am to lazy to drive and get some. Hopefully the gains will keep coming and I’ll keep updating here.

So here I am trying to gain wait and I do the exact opposite. I take two days off my routine and start swimming and off comes 6 pounds… Oh well I am more lean and most the weight was fat so I am still happy. I’ll start trying to bulk on Monday. Can’t wait to start lifting again!

I will be taking a break from lifting and letting my body catch up and repair for the next few days. In this time i will be swimming and running to try and keep active. Hopefully we will see some improvment and some added weight. After the break I will be hitting my new workout plan extremely hard in hopes to bulk up a little.
