So I have been taking some Muscle Tech products to try them out and see what the big deal is about them. I am currently taking their Anabolic Halo, Nitro-Tech Hardcore, Aplodan, Nitro-Tech Hardcore Bars, and Hydroxycut Hardcore. So far I am not a big fan of the Halo, the one good thing about is that the fruit punch does not taste bad it taste pretty good. I really have not felt any faster recovery from it and it actually upset my stomach after a few days of taking the product, so I am only taking 1 scoop of it now. For both the Nitro-Tech Hardcore and the Nitro-Tech Hardcore Bars are actually really good, they do not taste bad and I am actually really happy with both of the products. As for the Aplodan I have been taking it as it is directed in the instructions but it seems that it is one of those products that take a while for it to work or see any improvements. As for the Hydroxycut Hardcore it seems that it is starting to work, started to cut down and it is giving me that extra energy during my day and helping me sweat a little extra. Going to give it about another month or 2 and then make my final thoughts on these products.

So football season technically ends this Sunday with the Super Bowl, which makes me sad because it means that theirs nothing really to watch on Sundays anymore. I going to get so bored now, Sunday was sitting around the house, watch football and relax day but those days have to change. Basketball is ok but it is only entertaining when it’s play off time or the NCAA tournament.
This means that it is also time to hit the gym on Sundays, and I’ll be honest that usually was my excuse for me not to go to the gym on Sundays. Since that will end this Sunday I will have to make Sundays a must day to go to the gym, which will definitely help me out with my current goals.
Since I am on my 3rd week of my new work out plan this will help me out, even do I am starting to notice results I sometimes feel that they I am not reaching them as fast as I wanted to. Hopefully it all starts to come together within the next few weeks.

It is that great time of the year when school is starting up again, and I am pretty excited because it is the last semester I will ever attend school since I graduate in May. It has been a long tough, exciting and mostly interesting road, I have met a lot of cool and interesting people. I also have learned a lot not just from school but from life and others who are involved in my every day life. It is interesting because I can remember my first day in college like it was a few days ago, and it sucks because I kind of don’t want to be in the real world it is so easy to be a college student that I don’t want that to change.
The nice thing about being done is that I don’t have to worry about making it to class on time, studding for test or dealing with teachers. Also I am able to focus on my nutrition because everyone knows that you can’t get the best meals or even good meals being a full time college student, which diets usually involves fast food or ramen noodles. It will also allow me to get a better work out at the gym because they were times where I had to rush my work out because of some studding I had to do or something that needed to get done. I really excited to be able to do this and have the opportunity to show everyone what I am capable of doing.
I am really sad that I am done with school, although I have been waiting for this time in my life I am sad to leave just because I have a lot of memories and I have accomplished a lot in that time. It has been a great roller coaster and I will cherish this last few months that I do have left in school. The really nice thing is that I have been able to go to the gym 5 days or more during the week and actually get my whole work out done.

So I have been doing everything I wanted to do for my work outs, lifting, cardio and also getting my basketball in. The only problem is that I still have a bad ankle and a sore tailbone from snowboarding, which are becoming more anoying that actually hurting. Yeah it is bothering me but I don’t want it to slow me down, but at the same time you also need to rest and stop doing activities that make those injuries worse. So I think this week is going to be a deciding week in which I have to decide to take a break or just rough it out and deal with the pain. It is hard because I have goals that I want to accomplish but I feel if I take a break all I am doing is making an excuse for me not to work out. So hopefully a couple of painkillers and me maning up will help me get over it.

So this weekend I went snowboarding for the first time in 7 years or so. I wasn’t very good 7 years ago and I am still not very good but it definitely taught me a lesson, it doesn’t matter how strong or in-shape someone is snowboarding is a whole different story. I have not been so tired from doing one activity in a long time, and I also have not had my body this sore in a long time as well. It sucks because it can be frustrating, especially when it has been such a long time since I’ve snowboarded it feels like it was the first time I had gone. It definitely makes you want to work on areas that will help you get better, like my quads. My quads sore as hell, I can barely walk or get up from a chair it feels like I did a 3 hour leg workout. Hopefully I have a chance to go up again this week, even do I am hurting I still had a blast!

So a new year has started, no more holidays or parties so no more excuses. It is time to hit the gym hard again and decide what I want to do, in the last few years I have always had a max rep goal for a couple of lifts mostly my bench press but this year I think I want to go a different direction. I have always enjoyed being one of the strongest people at my gym but I think it is time for a change, since it is a new year I want a new goal. I am pretty sure that my goal is going to be to cut down and tone as much as possible, it should be a little easier since I am done with school and I have a lot more time to work on my goals. I am going to use the No-Xplode and the Cellmass combo for the first time and I hope that it does help out with my goals, so it is time to stack up on protein and get back to the gym.
