I started out in September at 330 pounds. As of April 02 I am 321 pounds.
I researched various diets and observed BB.com members as they posted their progress on whatever diet they were on. After studying how they work, I found the Keto Diet to be the diet that best fit my eating patterns and went with that one because it was the one that I only had to make minor changes with.
I am averaging a weight loss of about 2 pounds per week so far. I began keto approx March 15th - I should have wrote the date down- and have lost 6 pounds on Keto alone.
I am really bad about blogging progress, but I will try to keep up. When I do update, it will be on body weight and or inches lost off my bootie shaker.
I am now known as the “Gym Gypsy” and my nick names are KT, Keto and Gypsy.
