Day 28 and my final day using Meltdown

Today’s workout was shoulders, back and biceps along with 1/2 mi on the treadmill again.  I’m ending my cycle of MD today just because.  I started out at 182lbs, 15% bf and a 33.5in waist back on December 15th.  While continuing my regular exercising and diet I started Meltdown.  This product has helped me break my plateau and helped me get closer to my goal weight.  Within 28 days I lost 9lbs, a half inch off my waist and a little over 1% bf.  Overall I’m pretty happy with my ending results.

Day 27

Thursday, January 10th, 2008

Today was chest, triceps, abs and cardio once again.  Workout lasted about an hour and 20 mins.  Weight this morning was still the same.  I decided to measure my waist today and I’m down .5 inches since the beginning of this blog.

Day 26

Wednesday, January 9th, 2008

This afternoons workout was legs, some incline DB presses and the usual cardio.  The workout lasted 1.5hr total.  I weighed in this morning at 173.5lbs.  My weight seems to be dropping fairly quick now considering that my month of MD is just about up. Overall I’m happy w/ my results.

Day 25

Tuesday, January 8th, 2008

Today was shoulders, back and biceps.  I went .65 mi on the treadmill at 3.5-4 mph on and 8 incline.  The workout lasted 1.5hr total.  I weighed in this morning at 174.5lb

Day 24

Monday, January 7th, 2008

Today was chest, triceps, abs and cardio.   I have 5 more days left using Meltdown.   I weighed in this morning at 174.6lbs.

Day 22 and down to 174.8lbs

Saturday, January 5th, 2008

Today I decided to workout my chest doing incline and flat DB fly’s along with some chest dips.  I also worked my abs and went 1 mi on the treadmill at 3 mph on and 8 incline.  All lasted 1hr total.  I weighed in this morning at 174.8lbs which makes me pretty damn happy as I’m only 4 or so lbs away from my goal weight.

Day 21

Friday, January 4th, 2008

Today’s workout was shoulders, back and biceps along with 1/2 mi on the treadmill again.  I got to use my new pull-up attachment for my super bench and I love it.  The dip attachment is pretty cool too and I’m happy I purchased both.  Weight was still the same this morning.

Today was chest, triceps, abs and the usual cardio.   I will be adding a few new exercises to my routine either tomorrow or this weekend as I ordered the dip and pull up attachment for my super bench.   I weighed in this morning at 175.

Day 19 and 1lb lighter

Well today was legs, abs and 1 mile on the treadmill at 3mph on a 10 incline.  The workout lasted about 1hr and 20mins.  I weighed in this morning at 175lbs.

Day 18…Happy New Years!!

Tuesday, January 1st, 2008

So todays afternoon workout was shoulders, back and biceps along with 1/2 mi on the treadmill.  Weight still wants to hang at 176.  All this holiday eating is really killing my losses even though I’m keeping the eating at a minimum.  This month will be my re-coop month and I’m definitely looking forward to it.
