Aight… It’s been awhile since I last wrote any blogs, but i really do not want to make any excuses for not doing so. I just want you to know althouogh no blogs had been posted (until this one); I have always been to the gym at least two days out of my 3-Day Workout program. I am also still going on NO SUPPLEMENTS - including whey protein and Lipo-6.
I spent the past two months getting some materials ready to teach a class at work
I went for two weigh-in during the past three weeks.
Weigh-in 1: 180lbs
Weigh-in 2: 177lbs.
I am happy of the changes, and i am looking forward to a lot more newer and better things as I continue to dedicate myself furthermore.

Yes, it is true. I am feeling very inspring this morning. I just completed my list of routines that I will follow throughout the Summer (maybe until late Fall).
I am NOT satisfied with my progress as of today. A lot of people have told me how much my tummy’s size has been decreasing and my chest is taking an unbeleivable size. I AM NOT SATISFIED after all! Why? Because I do not see it when I take pictures, BUT I do see minor changes while checking in the mirror (once everyday while fitting in my contacts).
With all honesty, my diet and workouts were not up par during late May mainly due to an increased amount of time spent at work (THAT IS NO EXCUSE!!). I’ve decided to go crazy this month of June. My goal is to go to the gym 12x+ and have a cleaner diet than last month. It all starts today. By the way, I am trying to do this with little to no help from any supplements (Whey Protein, LeanBody, etc….) only for this period. I, honestly, do not want to let my body rely on them in order to reach my goal. Depending on how this phase goes and how far I can push my body, I may have "pretty interesting" news in one of my blogs in September… Stay tuned
Before I go, I must commend my BodySpace friend JJanet for her courageous work for last month. <I gotta admit, I made up my goal from yours. I pray that you do not mind>. She reached her goal last month. Check her page/blogs to see for yourself! Thanks Janet!
Everybody else, thank you for reading my blog. I would like to invite you to check on "My Workout" section on my page and submit any feedbacks necessary.
Thank You!

I mean I knew going into this; there would definitely be some sort of need to improve. As someone mentioned when he first read my Workout Programs, I am crazy for incoporating so many routines, but with little to no aerobics. Well, I am paying dearly for it now:
One week ago, I laid eyes on a scale, and checked my weight… 1….7…..5……lbs. I was so happy that i decided to cheat on my diet the following weekend. On Friday, I had a follow-up to my Physical Exam; then I asked the hot nurse to check my weight for me please….. She checked……. she said 191lbs…… I looked at her (poor lady, I’m sorry) with an evil eye, and requested that she re-did it. She tried it three times. No Change. "Were you expecting something else?" she said. I told her yeah b/c last week, it was 175lbs. The doctor came in to read my lab result…. Everything was fine; except HCL (good choleterol or something like that) was too low….. His prescription…. DO more CARDIO, KEN! & GET THAT WEIGHT TO UNDER 160!
So now, here I am thinking about what the best move is going to be to be under 160 by my deadline with an increased schedule at work…..
Here is what I came up with:
–Cut down my Workout routine to 3-4 Routines/body part (Currently have 6-9 routines/ body part)
–Add Ab for ALL five days
–most importantly increased the time spent on the stairmaster
– add the treadmill at least two days a week.
What do you guys think? Any ideas would help. If you have not seen my Workout Program, please feel free to check it out. I will update it in less than two weeks (May 19 will be the start of Phase II of the 12week Program I am trying to go with)……… Any ideas will be welcomed

lol– I am reminded by the best segment in SNL ever— Weekend Update! (when Jimmy Fallon and Tina Fey used to do it.)
I am happy to have put in one full week of workout into the bags. I am really looking forward to next week. As I go through this Five-Day workout, I realize a couple of routines that I may probably remove from the next segment (next six weeks of Five-Day Workout). This coming week, I am also going to work better at making it on time for those aerobic classes.
Meal-wise: I think I did ok, but I see ways to improve myself. I will do better this coming week to improve…. The rice portions have been cut to even smaller than before (a lot of people are gonna get mad at me when they find out—- honestly, I do not care)
Kudos! Kudos! Kudos!
I had couple of compliements today on my weight…. I am not going to get deeper into it, but I must have been doing something well…I look forward to the next two-three months.
Also: I have been thinking about doing a 5k Marathon. I am trying to figure out the best way to test myself to see how I can do. I can tell you right now, I want to do it to WIN…. So, let the preparation begins

…. in the Employee lounge at work that is. I tried making the oatmeal via the microwave, and it spilled all over the microwave. <missed the first 10 mns of my meeting> I followed the instructions. Now, I know to be aware next time.
I recently bought some Kashi Hearty Oatmeal packages, and snacks and stuff… (You know! I’m working hard toward eating cleaner, cleaner, cleaner by the week. It is been fine.
As of today, I am still doing my very best to stay away from the scale; I do not want to know how much i weight until I can see some difference (besides my arm and ab taking shape) with my tummy.
Update on 5-Day Workout: Oh Yeah, i know some of you have really been asking about how my workout has been going. Well, it is been going ok so far. Last week, I did four-day (2-5). This week, I am on my 3rd day so far. I CAN DO IT! Besides, Lipo-6 has given me a tremendous amount of energy. I noticed the first week that I was taking it; I felt awake, but that is no longer happening. Don’t know why!
Thanks all for the support by visiting my page, reading my blog, and sending me either your best wishes or advice. They have all been well-received on my part.
Happy Workout & Diet!

Ok. For some unknown reasons, i went and got a Physical Examination done this past Friday. On a way, it kinda felt weird, mostly because that was my first time doing one since 05 (before 05, I did one in 01— Yeah, i simply do not like going there)
Result: I gained THREE pounds in one month and half of no workout (I also let the diet down too— bad me). Besides that, I am completely healthy ( so I think) I have a follow-up apt in May. For now, I will continue to work my butt off in the gym and at home (practiciing good diet).
I posted my Five-Day Workout Program yesterday. I welcome any and all criticism on them. My goal is to get cut. If anyone of you watches wrestling, I want to reach the fitness level of "Randy Orton". Although he is taller than I am, I simply want to look as cut and build as he is. Nothing more.
Thanks for reading.
Let the reactions begin………

In the words of one of the best wretlers…. WOOOOOOHOOOOOOO!
As of last Wednesday, my PT case has been closed, and I have been cleared to go back to the gym and work on shooulder strengthening. It is nothing BIG, but I consider it to be so.
I tested the shoulder last Friday. It was FINE. It felt FINE. I HAD NO PAIN. As a result, today after work, I am heading straight to the gym and start again.
One thing is for sure, I will DEFINITELY be spending more time STRETCHING before my workout sessions now. No matter how busy I am, I promise to always stretch and warm up before I touch any weights.
During my time away from the gym, I put together a 5-Day Workout Plan. I will start both the 5-Day Workout Plan and a new and improved (thx to all those who gave me some advice on that) diet plan. I will post my 5-Day Routine later on during the week, and I will welcome and suggestions on it.
Until I write again, thanks for visiting my blog. Have a blessed day

In order to commemorate my 100th page visit, I am writing my first ever blog…….
THANKS TO ALL THOSE WHO VISIT MY PAGE SINCE & WHO’s BEFRIENDED ME (and those who have not responded too)… It is been nice. I have made some nice friends who are willing to assist me.
Recent update:
I’ve probably gained some fat since my rotator cuff tendinitis. Not only have I stayed away from the gym, I have also been eating out the past three weekends (and not at the healthiest place either).
My PT Specialist told me that I should be cleared me on Monday (my next visit). He told me that I may be able to get back in the gym strictly for strengthening. < I will listen.> Next stop is to be cleared by the doctor who sent me to do PT in first place.
During my time away from the gym, I have done the PT. For that, they had me do some really basic routines that really put my shoulder into action. I learned (was told many times) that it is REALLY IMPORTANT to stretch (and stretch properly) before a good workout. I have also managed to put together a workout program for five days ( 14 routines, at least two major bady parts a day). <I will post this once I actually start doing it.Thanks BB.com>
Aight that’s all for now…. It’s like 2 o’clock in the East Coast now…. long day tomorrow…
