Summer time diet

I know I’m not the only one with this problem, but my good clean eating goes out the window in the summer.  See, where I live we only get a few months of very warm weather, so during the winter is when I watch what I eat so when the summer comes, I’m able to go to as "many" cookouts as possible! lol So I just find myself maintaining what I’ve done over the winter. Oh well, I have another month before I get back to eating serious. Wish me luck! lol

    You can stil leat clean at cookouts. The hamburgers aren’t processed meat like at fast food joints, and you got chicken there as well. Ok, its not breast meat but it still not full blown cheating. The key is to try and stay away from things like the mac & cheese, potatoe salads, cakes, and other sweets. Leave the cheese off the burgers, but load up on the greens. Cookouts dont have to be as restictive as people think….just takes a little will power.

    Get loaded up on the veggies and some protein. Watch the sauces!! Bring a water bottle so you don just start sipping those beer down and each one is about 150 calories–not worth it
