I know I’m not the only one with this problem, but my good clean eating goes out the window in the summer. See, where I live we only get a few months of very warm weather, so during the winter is when I watch what I eat so when the summer comes, I’m able to go to as "many" cookouts as possible! lol So I just find myself maintaining what I’ve done over the winter. Oh well, I have another month before I get back to eating serious. Wish me luck! lol

I just have to put this out there. I know you’ve all seen the older guy in the gym that stays about 4hrs, talking, flirting, stalking all the women! At the gym I work at, I see these guys "EVERY" time I go in to work. These guys are the funniest to me, but they are also the worse because they stay all day and they’ve done that for so long, they have a since of entitlement. They believe they own and run the gym! You know, want to leave their locks on the locker all night and can’t understand why it’s cut off the next day. Can’t understand why "we" let someone get on their treadmill? Now, don’t get me wrong, I love to see older people in the gym, but please when you’re there workout! If you want to mingle, there are plenty of other places for that, not the gym.

Okay, I’m at a standstill. I’m at the size and weight I want to be, but do not feel like my body is at it’s hardest. I have a healthy diet (I don’t compete so my diet isn’t that strict) but I rarely eat bad. At this time, I’m not taking any supplements, so is this my main problem? If so, what’s a good stack to maintain my weight, but harden my body? Please help, thanks!
