					<description>Thanks! I've been on it for a little over two weeks now and wow! I cant believe I have to carb cravings whatsoever! I had my carb up this last weekend and I didn't even want any carbs. Not only that, I crashed after I ate them. Clean of course- oats, rice, etc. I kept it to only a few meals of carbs so I don't overload. Thanks for your input!!</description>

					<description>It's true that once you deplete carbs and start consuming fat and protein as your main macros your body starts using fat as energy and burns the fat stores so yes it is a HIGHLY effective method so long as you dont binge on carbs AFTER the 24-48 hr carb up....sometimes deprivation can lead to that after 24 hrs. But if you are really strict about it and follow the plan you will see really good results! Good luck!</description>
