I have a serious problem, I am on a muscle building diet and I know all about good fats and bad fats but still for the past couple of days i keep screwing up my diet. I think it is because I know I am so far out from a comp it wont hurt if I eat the donut, or the cupcake, but I really know it is hurting, I will be killing myself on the treadmill or freaking out trying to take some poundage off for the beach. I just want everyone to know that childrens food is evil and should be band from the planet. yes to me cupcakes and donuts are kids food, there the ones yelling from the back seat to get one while i’m ordering my coffee. And how about that damn mac and cheese, or the sugar cereals, yeah after 10 days without sugar capt. crunch is looking real good. Okay thats enough of me venting, i make this vow to eat clean tomorrow and lift heavy!!!
