Day #1 - the kick off!!
Monday, August 11th, 2008Hello again … it’s that time for me to start blogging and sharing my 12 week journey with whomever cares to tune in ….
So day #1 is closely coming to an end. It consisted of double cardio, and one weight training session for Shoulders. I was tired today, but got through it!
I’m just getting ready to eat my last meal and then it’s beddy-bye so I can get up at 4:15 AM for my morning cardio.
For those that don’t know, I’m prepping for two shows this coming November. They are on the 1st and 8th, in Ottawa and Toronto, respectively.
I would blog a heck of alot more right now, but I’m seriously tired….
