Hey Everyone
The name is Ashley, i am 19 years old and currently reside in California. I have always had a short but muscular body. I have done gymnastics for about 11 years, until a knee surgury through all those dreams done the drain. Every since then i let myself go, i still have a lot of muscles, yet they happen to be hiding under all that fat. I have been bouncing on and off the Atkins low carb high protein diet, and have been absolutely miserable. Im going back on it tomorrow, and hoping to get a steady workout plan set up. I do Cardio Kickboxing twice a week for about 45 minutes. I have just recently started running with myhusband on monday, wensedays and fridays.
I am hoping to find some one on here that can give me advice on gaining muscle mass fast, and losing the fat even faster. I was also considering buying some pills or shakes to help me retain the results i want faster. I want it to be safe but yet efficent. hmmm well thats all i have for now
