Hello,
Well, yes been awhile again…sorry. Lets see, I had to f-disk my computer, couldnt find my copy of xp, "borrowed" one. Went the 30days trial activation period, then went over it. Of course B. Gates would not let me use system until I activated. Took awhile to get code, and here we are now!
I am down to 164 right now. About a pound of so less than my best last year at the NYS. Still not satisfied with my frontal abs, and glutes. When I became fat, really fat a few years ago, the remaining fat just doesnt want to leave me. It will be close for my first show on 4/19 (Sully’s SOA) but the IFPA Pro Masters I should be spot on. Just going to compete in the two shows prior to the IFPA as "competitive warm ups" I do think I have a chance at winning my class at both events, just not sure if my conditioning will be enough for an overall win.
As most know what I am talking about, I love the look I have right now, being unnaturally lean, vascular and striated, but then I hate being so light. Hmmm… I like myself in clothes better around 185, and better without clothes at 165 to 70. Of course nothing fits right now. Had to poke a new hole in my uniform belt just last night!
I have updated progress pics, but they are taken after a wo in sweaty ass crack underwear So I will take new pictures in the next few days. I have two double shifts this weekend, so training is going to be less. I have to make all my meals and take them with me to the jail. Ok this is what I am doing for diet. These next few days one would think, no working out, reduce calories. I am going to take another approach. Keep things constant, maybe increase about 10% to get my metabolism cranking. All whole foods, maybe even a carb load "Beverly Style" with some anabolic pump one night before bed. Trick my body, then cut back and hit cardio with a vengence. HIIT morning with moderate heart rate cardio in the evening. No carbs, just 5oz of veggies at meals 3, 4, and 5. I bought some Micellular Casein protein for sustained protein throughout the day.
I must say again, Scivation is really taking care of me. Marc Lobliner now is watching over me a bit. I just love their Xtend product. I really think it allowed me to keep more muscle this time. Pre/during/post workout and throughout the day. I take their Dialene 4 fat burner and VasoCharge also, along with Sesamin….Thanks Marc. I cant stress enough, their products rock!
Come see me at the 4/19 OCB "SOA" Scivation Booth, the 4/26 USBF show in the Brick NJ, will have both there also. Then of course my final destination this spring, the Scivation IFPA Pro Masters put on by Mike Halsey in Binghamton NY on May 10th. A Scivation booth with plenty of samples will be set up there also!
Take care everyone.

I went to a new gym this afternoon. A friend and teammate in Yeah Buddy Bodybuilding, Craig Recore opened Hard Core Fitness. I believe the actual first day in operation was today. Nice gym, about 4 to 5 thousand square feet. He did a nice job! Way to go Craig.
I looked Jacked! You guys know what I mean. Today was one of those days that your more vascular, muscles are full, and your not holding much water. A good looking day in the gym! I looked 10lbs heavier. Tomorrow I will be flat!
Did full upperbody workout in 75 minutes.
I am gradually getting visually leaner. Veins are showing in legs now. I still think it is going to be close, in the ability of getting all lower body fat off before 5/10. Crossing my fingers and training with full devotion is all I can do.
I can honestly say though, I have alot more energy and have kept all of my strength this time dieting. Compared to past periods, I have changed carbs from low to zero 6 days a week. And I am taking Scivation Xtend, Dialene 4 fat burners and VasoCharge.
The Xtend is clearly just awesome to use in dieting. It is a top seller, inexpensive per serving and WORKS. I take it throught the day keeping amino’s in my blood at all times.
Dialene 4 is the best fat burner I have ever taken. If you read the label you will see the compounds used, all of them are commonly used in dieting and fat burning. Plus the big one for me, they dont make me uncomfortable with nervous energy. I dont need to feel jittery to have energy, i find it annoying actually.
VasoCharge is a good choice in pre-wo supplementation. Creatine, Beta-Alanine, NO antagonists and much more.
I feel that my supplementation is better this time, and my diet doesnt have the insuliin swings I had before.

Been a long time…sorry for delays in updating for those who have been curious.
Training has been going pretty good. I was sick for a few weeks, and then right at the same time I reached my plateau I seem have every diet. Right at 171/172 lbs, I get stuck and have to change diet/training levels. This weight also seems to be the point that I increasingly show detail, that point that you start to notice bigger visual changes. My legs start to show vascularity and muscular detail.
Anyway…that is where I am at right now. Still around 8%BF though, at 170 lbs current weight, I feel I need to weigh around 163 to be full and lean. So about 7 lbs in 8 weeks. Not that bad, just wanted to be a little more advanced in conditioning at this time when I planned it out.
I will update progress pictures this week sometime.

Been sick last week or so. Diet stayed clean, but added more carbs for recovery. Training at 75% probably. I also think I am at a sticking point. Last contest prep I was stuck at 172 for 3 weeks. Increased calories, and reduced workout intensity for a week. Weight starting dropping like crazy after that week of modification.
Might try it again pretty soon. But biggest reason is sickness though.

Morning workout completed. Upper body workout.
15min cardio to warm up
HS super incline superset with HS High Row
HS seated decline superset with HS low row
HS Iso lat pull down superset with dumbell presses
Close grip cable lat pull downs. Very strict using bodyweight
20min cardio to finish up with.
Will go back tonight and do arms with sholders, with 20min cardio.
Diet still kickin ass!! I actually lost 2mm on most of my skinfolds this past week, and kept weight constant.
Practiced some posing..noticed striations coming out in lower quads (Vastus Medialis) which i didnt see 2 weeks ago. Cool!

As you can see by chart, weight is dropping steadily. Diet that I am on with Team Scivation is working great. Derek is a genius man! Their program is very detailed for all you who have hired a trainer before and recieved just a bunch of numbers. Very analytical, with weekly reports to and from.
I am so glad I am associated with Scivation this season! Pro Card…here I come!
Legs today… went for the burn and pump. I carbed yesterday, and usually it takes 2 days for me to feel the effect, not sure why but one day this time. Havent been getting a good pump at gym lately because of carb restriction, but yesterday I was jacked. Actually was about 5lbs heavier, of course due to water/carb filling muscles. Strength has not diminished too much on this diet though, i thought it would, and was wrong. Everythign going as planned!

Hi Everyone,
Well, diet is really kickin my fats ass now. Lost 5lbs since starting 1.5weeks ago. I feel tighter and look better. Some may be muscle volume (hydration/carbs) I realize, but most is FAT.
Had awesome leg workout yesterday. Legs feel tired and weak today. We all know that feeling. Highlight is after heavy hacks, and early sets of leg presses, i pushed 850lbs for 5 on the leg press. Then went on to leg extensions (heavy) then hams and calves. Again all heavy shit!
I am classic endo, so losing muscle is not a big concern in dieting. Plus, honestly, I feel at 5′ 5″ maybe slightly shorter and 172 lbs, I carry more than most middle and welter weights already. The single thing I can do to my body, through training and diet is to get my legs and abs as ripped as my shoulders and back. If I do this, then I think I can stand with the best of them, and let the judges then pick us apart.
That is the one thing I love about bodybuilding. The judging aspect of it. There is so much that a judge can score on, some of which you just dont have the ability to change, it will be based on the body your born with. In looking at my body, i see some “faults” that I have no way of changing with any amount of training or dieting. I have told my hometown teammates a few of these items, and they say shit man never noticed. That is what I mean. I as a judge (which I am in the USBF) look at some of these items in the muscularity rounds. Mostly because I have a mental note of these due to my structure. What I am getting at is, as long as there is no political BS on the judging panel, and you are being judged fairly by unbiased judges, then the placing you get should always be an honor, as long as you know you put everything into your preperation!! If you did’nt, then only you are to blame. My two cents.
No lifting tonight, day off. Though going to do an early morning short cardio session, then do a spin class tonight. Yes I did say spin class. Seems some of the ladies want to a local bodybuilder guy break down and cry in pain. Hey…who knows..I am divorced! Plus I am going to bring a BIG ASS JUG of Xtend for them to try out. I honestly do love this product. Tastes great, actually refreshing taste, and really helps out in fatigue resistance during your workout!!! I also take throughout the day a gallon of Xtend for my drinking water.
Well, enough said. Off to gym. Take care.
Keith
