Diet going good.  Very different than i am used to.  Did 10 min cardio then upper body, then 20 min cardio

Workout was good…  Slow/heavy reps 10-12 range. 

Doing gym demo tonight for Scivation at the Court Club.  Called a few more wholesalers for my new supplement store I am working on!!

Did demo last night at All American Fitness.  Went pretty good.  Handed out quite a few samples.  Did my monday workout as per plan.  The wo was not the greatest though, talked too much with owner of gym.

Monday, January 28th, 2008

Cardio this morning.  HIIT 15min, then 30min treadmill (HR control setting @ 125bpm).

Trying to set up gym demo for Scivation for this evening in Burlington VT.  Weighed 174.8 this morning at work.  New diet seems to be starting to kick in!!  Upper body workout this evening.

Cardio only today.  New diet is going to be tough on me.  Never been this radical on my diet.  It will pay off in the long run though, and I know this is what I need to do to get crazy lean in abs and legs.

Now a Member of Team Scivation

I am pumped!!  Worked a deal with Marc Lobliner of Scivation.  I now am a rep/athlete for them.  Cool.  This happened a few weeks ago, but just yesterday i received my training program.  Today will be the first day working off this program.  I am training for the IFPA Pro Masters, but will throw in a show, most likely the OCB "SOA" in late april.  I also want to be in good shape for my show the Plattsburgh Pro/Am to do a guest pose with my son.  Here we go Marc and Derek

Monday 10/29 - 5 days out

Monday, October 29th, 2007

Just got home from a double.  Yesterday ate 20oz talapia, 3cups of steamed broc, and 12oz yams.  8oz milk, can tuna, protein shake.  Weighed 165 this morning after breakfast, which was 1cup oats, 2 tbl natural PB, and 1cup blueberries.  Took Anabolic Pump also.  Going to take this supplement this week, I want to lower carbs but not eliminate them, still would like to lose 1 lb of fat this week.  Going to do more sessions of cardio, and circuit training.

Long day ended.  Went out to eat with friend, call it a cheat meal.  My last until show.  Woke up next morning full and vascular.  Not sure of weight.
