Friday, February 27th, 2009Legs today. I am doing legs twice per week. Not so much for size, but for shaping. Ya, for size too. Powerful thick legs is a big plus when on stage, as long as they are ripped!!
From this day on, I will not comment on my weight. Now is the time that competitors look to see what is going on, and I dont want to be braodcasting my progress.
I cannot believe the shit that is going on here. Our bodybuilding team has totally fallen apart. Some blame me for everything! Bullshit!
Jesus I will cherish the day, cherish it, when I step on the stage with a few pro’s, and beat them. More one than the other.
Training is going great. I have NEVER been so determined in my training. My lifting is very strict, and very intense. Everything I am doing is my own program! No trainer this time. I do not want to give thanks to anyone but myself when I become a money winning Pro!
