Monday 10/29 - 5 days out
Just got home from a double. Yesterday ate 20oz talapia, 3cups of steamed broc, and 12oz yams. 8oz milk, can tuna, protein shake. Weighed 165 this morning after breakfast, which was 1cup oats, 2 tbl natural PB, and 1cup blueberries. Took Anabolic Pump also. Going to take this supplement this week, I want to lower carbs but not eliminate them, still would like to lose 1 lb of fat this week. Going to do more sessions of cardio, and circuit training.
