tuna, salmon, bonless skinless chicken breasts, (eat alot of protein so u dont go catabolic (burning muscle)

eat oatmeal but only in the the morning,

dont eat oatmeal, potatoes, cereal, rice, anything wit starchy carbs after breakfast,

eat fruit only with breakfast and after workouts

eat alittle bit of essential fatty acids: none roasted almonds, salmon, and olive oil

dont eat! butter, ice cream, or anything thats has saturated fats!!!

eat alot of veggies and drink alot of water

eat alot of salad with no dressing or non fat dressing

again drink alot of water this is very important!!!

and try supplementing with glutamine. its an amino acid that helps the immune system and helps to prevent muscle wasting or being in a catabolic state so u wont loss any muscle while dieting!

dont eat to much red meat!! because it has some saturated fat: the best part of a cow is top round its low in fat and hi in protein.

eat red meat only 2-3 times per week

dont drink soda, or anything that has sugars.

tuna packed in water is your best friend when dieting!!!!

also i noticed that working out in the 10 rep range has worked the best for me, i dont believe in the whole high reps light weight thing when dieting!! but thats totally up to you!~

also do cardio first thing in the morning, but make sure u drink a protein shake that has very very low carbs or eat a can of tuna. so u dont go catabolic during your run, but dont eat carbs or fat so u can burn your body fatt!!!

also drink green tea without sugar or honey to help burn more fat!!

and try splenda as a sweeter instead of sugar

sugar and saturated fats are your worst enemy!!!!

keep up the good work and u will be ripped in no time!
