Wrong track..
Hi everyone! I think it was time to write a little something on here to update my situation these days. I don’t know what is going on with me but i’m definetly on the wrong track. The last few month were not really succesful on the fitness side. I mean..Even if I was the ultimate gymrat, was considering entering my first figure contest this June, was so passionnate by nutrition…I’ve been slacking . I just can’t find the energy to hit the gym more than 2-3 times a week and dieting has never been that hard. If I’m eating clean on day, then I’m destroying all my effort by splurging on the nearest carbs source the other.
BUT Thanks to that hot chick at the gym today..looking at her makes me realize how bad I feel about myself now and how badly I want to get back in the track..

Have you been getting enough rest? My body tends so slow down dramatically when I don’t sleep like I should.

Hot Chicks usually are pretty good motivation huh:) Don’t worry, just stick with it and you’ll be outta the lil’ slump in no time and back to kickin’ @$$!
Remember, everyone has good days and everyone has bad days… it’s the people that come back after the bad days that go on to become winners:)
p.s. Youre lookin’ great! So I hope you don’t up and quit on us now:)

I agree with the hot chick part completely
So keep on with your work-outs, because you motivate your share of people

Everyone falls into a slump. For the last few weeks, i had gotten into a bad slump, and worst of all, i was still going to the gym. I was just really tired and eating low carb and not getting enough rest, so my body started to rebel on me. I, too, use other people for my motivation, but this time around, i just stepped in front of the mirror and finally saw the non-results that i had achieved. I basically wasted a month (at least in my head i wasted the month). Now i am back on track, but it will be a little slow, but eventually i will make my goal. Keep at it. You will achieve yours too. Here’s to all the hot looking bodies in the gym that keeps us motivated to workout

When I get stuck, I usually will change up the way I work out…in an extreme manner. Say…Im working chest one day, with flat bench, incline, flys & pullovers and I get tired of it. Ill go in the next time, (even though its off my training course) and do pushups, dips, cable flys and floor presses. What happens is, I get excited all over again because it feels like Im doing something totally different. After I do that for like a week, Im ready to get back too my old workout! Hope it helps…..~A

You are hott, you are the hott chick! Don’t forget that. Like Alchemy, my advice is to change things up! For me, I decided to run up and down grassy hills in a deserted area…..a little bit different than my usual jog on pavement in the city…
Hop back on the wagon…
