So… my legs are like 23inches big, which is massive, and theyve always been massive and mostly muscle, even when im down to like 13-14 % BF they really dont get that much smaller, an inch if anything. They are mostly muscle but I’m wondering how do I LOSE muscle size? has anyone EVER wanted to do that before?! lol I just don’t wanan be so big period! They got really huge when I used to do competitive gymnastics and have been big ever since! How do I make my legs smaller! lol

I havent found any comps around august ish yet…. still looking. However hows this look to begin with…
8:0am 1 protein pancake (1/4cup oats, 1/3cup eggwhites, 1/2banana, 1/2 scoop protein powder, and a lil cinnamon/vanilla extract)
1030am 1/4 cup almonds
12:30 3.5oz chicken breast, 1 cup frozen brocoli/cauliflower, 1/2brown rice OR whole grain pita (but i’m not going to have if i dont feel like it)
230 3.5oz tuna, 1cup green beans or frozen brocoli
6:00pm 1scoop protein shake, 1 orange(after workout)
8:00pm 3.5oz chicken, 1cup frozen veggies or 8ish asperagus spears
10:00pm 1scoop protein shake, 1tbsp natural peanut butter
Condiments: Gonna try and use only 2tbsp salsa and 1 tbsp mustard with all the meats, occasionally some low sodium soya sauce? and then CRYSTAL LITE, and SUGAR FREE JELLO(L).

Okay! I decided! I AM going to do a competition. I honestly think it’s going to be the only way for me to reach my goals! …now I need some help. I’m from Manitoba, Canada, I need to find one to do this year! I dont want to pick one too soon cuz i’m not exactly sure how long it would take someone with my body to get it contest ready! Any help would be appreciateD:)

Gonna get at it again…been outta it for 2 months. I feel like ive reversed all progress yet again. I know myself and lots of people keep saying this but thats okay its not the fact we havent done yet it its the fact we keep trying and wanting to try…fall off the horse get right back on righttt??! everyones got different learning curves….
Anyways looking for some help/suggestions diet wise… im thinkin i wanna get a new perspective ! Pleaseeeee helpppp!!!
I also decided that I might just have to do a competition…. I think I need the pressure and a goal in mind …. I dont know if I could ever be strict just to do it for myself….. honestly i want to be healthy and all that but as for to look a certain way, lets be honest, if it had nothing to do with health who would do this otherwise? You want praise from other people and thats pretty much the biggest part of it! If it was just me myself and I I could care less if I stayed a fat slob lol

Yeah that cookbook and the chicken meatballs i tried tuesday..well apparnetly is uck at cooking definitely got food poisoning andddddd have be KO’d for the past 4 days…. been eating pure crap and lots of it becasue all my stomach seems to want is like toast soup and ..sugar lol. shitty d’zzzzzzzzzzz tried to hit the gym today finally but just kept getting dizzy although i almost made it through my entire weighit workout..no cardio though. I’m hoping I can go hard for a few hours tomorrow:( goshhhhhh this journey is seriously such an emotional rollercoaster ill be SO motivated one day then 2 days later feel like im hitting rock bottom again. see progress and then do some major damage and reverse all progress. I honestly think/know i’ll have this ‘problem’ my whole life, I don’t really know how to teach myself self control when food is the only thing on my mind 24/7. As soon as I "let" myself not follow my diet all hell breaks loose, but while i’m following my diet i’m so stressed out and wishing I could just make the right choices naturally without having to track/record/count everything. I guess thats just what you gotta do to get the body you want I guess? And if I ever get there I’ll let you know if it was worth it….

Things are looking up and I’m very excited… just got a new job, buying a brand new car soon, and I’m back on track with everything. I just bought Tosca Renos eat clean cookbook or whatever yesterday and just tried the chicken meatballs…deliciuos?!?!! so good… and ground lean chicken is cheaper than fillets..go figure? Anyways I’m gonna try and use some recipes on here while still following my diet my trainers lay out for me and hopefully i’ll have a better time with these brand new food ideas! I’m also for my cheat meals going to just try to make something new from that cookbook and try to make one of her ‘desserts’ instead because my progress has been so minimal due to excessive binges on cheat meals cough days cough turns into weekends cough… shooooottt.
We’ll see how it goes…

i been feelin pretty dead at the gym latelyyyy i think i wanna try some kinda pre workout drink type thing…..can someone give me some suggestions! I sorta was looking at some but lots of them have carbs yadda yadda and im not sure how to adjust my diet after all that

Should just adopt me into their home of clean eating for about a month and a half… I think tahts all I need to drop another 10 pounds to get me happy! Its not impossible but my current living arrangements and situation at home are definitely creating some HUGE road blocks that I seem to not quite be getting around for the time being with the dieting… It’s been a very frustrating two weeks and I seem to only blog when I’m frustrated so yes I’m whiny whatever but this blogs a tool for myself to try and get motivated again and get past all that… need my head back in the game and then I’ll just keep chippin away… I just wish I would stop doing damage after I see progress it’s like okay awesome youve made progress why dont you treat yourself to pigging out for two weeks and put yourself back to square one cuz that really amkes a lotta sense! go me…
now back to the gym for a second time today …even after a basketball game cuz i feel so shitty.

To drink too much water? Lately I have been feeling super bloated and not that tight nice feeling in the stomach as before…you guys know waht i’m talkin about right! Like when you wake up in the morning and jsut feel more solid lol I have been upping the amount of water I drink lately, and I probably drink more than 3litres a day now…but is it possible that I drink too much? I constantly feel bloated and have that stomach achy feeling where you just feel full. Makes me feel super gross:( and I feel like you can see it in my tummy area too.
