To accomplish this goal I hope to build a name that is respected and trusted in the fitness industry while remaining a down to earth person.  To build name recognition I hope to earn more opportunities in the following areas: fitness, print work, swimsuit and promotional modeling.  I would love to earn a contract to promote my favorite health products and earn spreads in fitness type magazines sharing my views and advice about healthy lifestyles.</font></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>When is the best time of day to weigh yourself to get the most accurate reflection of your weight?</p>

I have been weighing myself at night for the progress section on my BodySpace ~  This weekend, on Friday, for some reason I decided to weigh myself before I went to bed and than weighed myself again the next morning and my weight had decreased by 7 pounds.  I tried this again on Saturday night and Sunday morning my weight had decreased by 5 pounds.</p>

What are your thoughts on this subject?<br />
