Want to compete to build a name…

One of my ultimate goals is to become a role model in the fitness industry. To accomplish this goal I hope to build a name that is respected and trusted in the fitness industry while remaining a down to earth person.  To build name recognition I hope to earn more opportunities in the following areas: fitness, print work, swimsuit and promotional modeling.  I would love to earn a contract to promote my favorite health products and earn spreads in fitness type magazines sharing my views and advice about healthy lifestyles.

So, I need support - Vote every day as many times as you can stand until the 16th…

When to weigh yourself?

When is the best time of day to weigh yourself to get the most accurate reflection of your weight?

 
I have been weighing myself at night for the progress section on my BodySpace ~  This weekend, on Friday, for some reason I decided to weigh myself before I went to bed and than weighed myself again the next morning and my weight had decreased by 7 pounds.  I tried this again on Saturday night and Sunday morning my weight had decreased by 5 pounds.

 
What are your thoughts on this subject?
