
Much of this week has been filled with ups and downs in terms of training – I need to take a much needed rest because of my lower back injury flaired up on me over the weekend ( last week). My main concern right now is not to reinjure myself and I am thinking that I need to not lift as much weight as I have been in order to prevent that from happening.

Diet was off as well, not eating the amount that I was supposed to – really throws things off for me. When I say OFF it doesn’t mean that I eat CRAP – it means that my intake of calories is not adequate, I am not one to use the holidays as a LAME excuse to stuff my face. I also need to increase my H2O as well, my office is HOT most of the time, which is not a good thing.
