A BIG CHANGE
….in my work out splits- Several areas I know that needs improving, Traps, Glutes, Hams, Rear Delts and Abs, not in any particular order So with that said -
My training is as follows: Of course I am using light weight, nearly IMPOSSIBLE to do this kind of workout every day with heavy weight.
Monday:
Chest ( 4 different exercise with machine/dumbells/ 15 reps, 5 sets
btw each set: Traps/abs/stepups/squats/rear delts: 10 + reps after each set
AND SO ON…… FOR THE REST OF THE WEEK- WITH EACH BODY PART
Tuesday:Legs
Wednesday:Shoulders
Thursday: Legs
Friday: Back
Saturday: Legs
Sunday:Arms
Today cardio for 1 hour HIT with intervals, Legs (weights, and body weight) Boxing class 1 hour and thn back to the gym in the late afternoon for more non weighted squats and then 30 mins of cardio.
As you can see from these photos it almost look like my legs are FAT but in fact they are VERY SWOLLEN, I only gained 5 pounds since the Arnold and its mostly H2O-
I took a LEG CLASS on Saturday and then did Squats, lunges front,back and side, followed by it had to be at least 150 step- up, using my body weight.
I have some plans for the upcoming weeks… so we will see.
