PASS THE PRUNES ..LOL

Well it comes that time of year again as it does each and every year. My birthday is slowly approaching and this one is a BIGGY!  I will be 50!

……and right now I’m finding hard to believe! My only birthday wish, one that I cannot have – is that I wish that my parents were still “here” so they could see what I have accomplished in such a short time.

They are the “only two” people in my life that I cherish in my heart and soul. THEY are the only two people in this entire world; that really knew me and KNEW everything about me.

They loved me unconditionally, comforted me when I needed it, and loved me; at times when they really didn’t “like me” (  IE: when I was a teenager LOL)

I can honestly say that there is NO ONE on this planet has done the same……….and that the sad part.

LOVE You & Miss you ..ALWAYS and FOREVER


PS: I also wish that AARP will STOP sending me CRAP in the mail .. I KNOW I KNOW already ..stop reminding me !

ARNOLD AMATEUR SCORES

Although I didnt “fair” to well in the BIG scheme of things- I can honestly say that I am proud of MYSELF for what I have done; THIS was my THIRD show EVER; and I have come a very long way from the KatNap that started on bodyspace almost 2 years ago at 165 pounds and 40 % BF

I have never looked better (IMO) in my life. I know that I need to work on several areas;

Kat needs some Traps, Rear Delts, Tighter Hams and Glutes, and more abs.

THANK YOU SO MUCH KEVEN AND DENISE JAMES;  supported me throughout this entire process, without which I could have NEVER have taken myself to this level of competition. I can never thank you enough; for all the emotional support you have given me over the last several months.

A BIG CHANGE

….in  my work out splits- Several areas I know that needs improving, Traps, Glutes, Hams, Rear Delts and Abs, not in any particular order So with that said -

My training is as follows: Of course I am using light weight, nearly IMPOSSIBLE to do this kind of workout every day with heavy weight.

Monday:

Chest ( 4 different exercise with machine/dumbells/ 15 reps, 5 sets
btw each set: Traps/abs/stepups/squats/rear delts: 10 + reps after each set

AND SO ON…… FOR THE REST OF THE WEEK- WITH EACH BODY PART

Tuesday:Legs

Wednesday:Shoulders

Thursday: Legs

Friday: Back

Saturday: Legs

Sunday:Arms

Today cardio for 1 hour HIT with intervals, Legs (weights, and body weight) Boxing class 1 hour and thn back to the gym in the late afternoon for more non weighted squats and then 30 mins of cardio.

As you can see from these photos it almost look like my legs are FAT but in fact they are VERY SWOLLEN, I only gained 5 pounds since the Arnold and its mostly H2O-

I took a LEG CLASS on Saturday and then did Squats, lunges front,back and side, followed by it had to be at least 150 step- up, using my body weight.

I have some plans for the upcoming weeks… so we will see.

But Check out my SO VERY SWOLLEN LEGS and ASS which is burning right now, but in a good way LOL
