I have a little rant - and that is the question in regards to progress pix and profile pictures -you know the FAKE ONES

I myself - when I was FAT always posted true to life pictures of exactly what I looked like - in all my FAT GLORY at the time. But what I see on here is really strange and actually very pathetic.

Being FAT was a very big part of my life way back when, BUT I would never STRETCH the  S#$% out of my images so much to look like I was thin  or to  give the appearance of being thin.

I have noticed this on many many profiles - IE: one woman’s profile about 3 weeks ago was about 50 + pounds more than the current picture that’s up there now - you cannot lose 50 pounds in 3 weeks and if you can PLEASE let me know how - we could make millions.

Why in the world would anyone post a picture - stretch it out —to LOOK thin - How sad …………

In my opinion, that’s a lot of wasted energy and time that should be used in the gym working out than behind the computer pretending to be something your not.

This site is supposed to be about support for each other - not being a fraud

This is the kind of garbage that I have to deal with every now and then - it just make me want to laugh that individuals have al of this time on their hands to send me this type of private message -

Kindly refrain from doing so - it will not be acknowledged in any way except for me posting it in a blog to show the 230,000 individuals on body space what an incredible moron you really are.

Also on this note- Azi and I , a few weeks ago have been getting emails to our private account from JeffS asking for workout tips, insisting on chatting on whatever IM program was available, we played the game for a few days  - had this been legitimate - we would have no problem helping. We both know WHO you are, you left your email IP address when you went to another page to vote for a bogus contest. You really need to EDUCATE yourself - four years in college apparently hasn’t taught you life skills.

People , not all , are just ignorant and have nothing better to do - ignorance is bliss and maybe even a genetic predisposition.

Stupid is as stupid does, they say .

It never ceases to amaze me the lengths that people will go …remember its your precious time you are wasting not ours.

Had a great time on Saturday - Azi and I went to the NPC Brooklyn show in Crooklyn as Vanessa would say !! We stayed almost until the end and it was such as incredible show - Azi and I were one of the sponsors for this show and I had he opportunity of stepping out on stage and giving the trophy’s to the Masters Figure  Division!! what an awesome experience that was!!!!!!!!! and to be on stage again - was such a great feeling!! like no other- Its indescribable to explain to those who have never done a show before !! I cant  wait until March!!

Lots of people were there!! had a fab time !! Met friends old and new. Victor M and Vinny G  were guest posers ! - and Vinny who is now a Pro - will make his pro debut in the new few months !!
