Arnold Before Pictures:
I am gearing up to start my training for the Arnold- these photos are my before pictures and I will site the areas that need improvement

Delts and bis need to come up some more, and I want a bigger cap on my shoulders,abs never really had a problem with those - even after 2 kids, comes naturally.

Back: bring up rear delts and lower back need to focus on a smaller waist- currently 24 in. but to give the illusion of a wider back, I already have the V-taper, back is my strongest quality.

More cap on shoulders, bring up chest you cannot really see in this picture but chest is striated- bloated in this pic - the big man made me eat something I shouldn’t have before the show

Better ham-glute tie in , glutes never an issue either, my arse doesn’t touch the back of my knees even at my age
Need to fine tune quad sweep and teardrop; calves are fine, I do them every time I work out.
All in all - with proper timed dieting an workouts, I will come in lean, hard and a "complete package" I don’t have far to go at this point.
