Ah Wednesdays

How I love Wednesdays!! It’s the middle of the week and if I was working, it would mean that my work week is half way through. I am still on disability, and am hoping to return to my job by next week. All dependant on how I feel, but I am positive I will return because I am feeling GREAT!!!

I am also very excited that my fiancé, azifukared will be moving in by the end of next week. It’s so hard sometimes, especially with our relationship, because of the distance – he lives about an hour away from me. It not all that bad, but when you have a back injury driving sometimes can be very painful.

It going to be good to finally have someone that you can wake up to in the morning. It’s definitely going to be a major change for both of us. We both have been living alone for so long, so it will take some getting used to for both of us. We all have quirks and routines, so we have to mesh the two together. It’s going to be fun and a pleasant change for me. It gets very lonely sometimes in this big house; my children are older and have their own lives, jobs etc.  I am fortunate and thankful that I have finally found someone that will put up with me LOL

We have so very much in common, especially the training, so he completely understands, because he is going through the same thing as me, only on a grander scale, because he is a body builder. Body building, from what I have experienced with him, requires so much more of everything, especially resting and eating. I can more or less get away with not eating a meal 2 hours before a workout, and still function somewhat. No body builder can do that. Everything must be timed and eating is a must!! Whether you want to or not.  It requires so much effort and calories. If you have checked out his numerous videos on body space, you see what I mean. He lifts more in a day than I do in a year LOL 1100 lb Leg Press and 140 lb arm curls.

I am so very proud of him!!!
