		<description><![CDATA[So I&#8217;m still boxing away.  But I feel like I&#8217;m getting bigger not smaller&#8230; do you have to gain b4 u lose weight?  My diet has remained the same (medium/high protein).  I feel like I&#8217;m bulking rather than slimming down..any thoughts?

		<description><![CDATA[After boxing workouts I get the shakes - not &#8216;I haven&#8217;t had any sugar&#8217; shakes, i can feel my muscles twitching.  Is that normal?  It&#8217;s not painful at all.. but it does feel odd.  They&#8217;ve been twitching for 10 minutes so far.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>There&#8217;s something about working out on a boxing bag that makes me happy!  I think there&#8217;s no better whole body workout out there.  It&#8217;s a shame I have to work out on my own - I miss working out in a group - but I&#8217;m pushing myself just as hard - if my arms aren&#8217;t failing me I have to keep doing pushups&#8230;</p>
<p>I think my body will be back in shape in no time - just have to pace myself and not burn out. </p>

<p> It was meant to be a rest day today - but I sneaked in just a 30 min slot of boxing in this morning (2 min bag work, 2 min floor work etc)  Boxing gets me sweating more than a run does!  Bring on the fitness and tone! </p>
<p>This is my shoulders at the beginning - I&#8217;m hoping to see more tone by the end. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Moving for a teaching gig now - a Year 1/2 contract for the year.  Moving as of Monday 2.5-3 hours away.  I&#8217;m freaking out a bit - starting work at a new town, in a new school that quickly.  I was offered the job today out of the blue - and as a teacher - you can&#8217;t say no to contract work&#8230;especially when you&#8217;re starting out.</p>
