There’s something about working out on a boxing bag that makes me happy! I think there’s no better whole body workout out there. It’s a shame I have to work out on my own - I miss working out in a group - but I’m pushing myself just as hard - if my arms aren’t failing me I have to keep doing pushups…
I think my body will be back in shape in no time - just have to pace myself and not burn out.

It was meant to be a rest day today - but I sneaked in just a 30 min slot of boxing in this morning (2 min bag work, 2 min floor work etc) Boxing gets me sweating more than a run does! Bring on the fitness and tone!
This is my shoulders at the beginning - I’m hoping to see more tone by the end.
