So I’m still boxing away. But I feel like I’m getting bigger not smaller… do you have to gain b4 u lose weight? My diet has remained the same (medium/high protein). I feel like I’m bulking rather than slimming down..any thoughts?

I don’t know the exact reasoning, but yeah. That gaining in weight happened to me & my girl-partner. She’s doing only cardio. I’m doing a combination of weights & cardio. Both of us have stuck to it and are losing now.
She’s looking WAY better even though she’s only lost a minimal amount!
…and when your arms give out, don’t give up! Headbutt that bag if necessary!!!
