Gain before loss?

So I’m still boxing away.  But I feel like I’m getting bigger not smaller… do you have to gain b4 u lose weight?  My diet has remained the same (medium/high protein).  I feel like I’m bulking rather than slimming down..any thoughts?

Has anyone ever experienced muscles twitching after workouts?

After boxing workouts I get the shakes - not ‘I haven’t had any sugar’ shakes, i can feel my muscles twitching.  Is that normal?  It’s not painful at all.. but it does feel odd.  They’ve been twitching for 10 minutes so far.

There’s something about working out on a boxing bag that makes me happy!  I think there’s no better whole body workout out there.  It’s a shame I have to work out on my own - I miss working out in a group - but I’m pushing myself just as hard - if my arms aren’t failing me I have to keep doing pushups…

I think my body will be back in shape in no time - just have to pace myself and not burn out. 

Boxing wk1 shoulders

 It was meant to be a rest day today - but I sneaked in just a 30 min slot of boxing in this morning (2 min bag work, 2 min floor work etc)  Boxing gets me sweating more than a run does!  Bring on the fitness and tone! 

This is my shoulders at the beginning - I’m hoping to see more tone by the end.

So it’s been ages…

but I’m back - and what’s even more awesome is I’m back with a boxing bag and a boxing bag stand.

I’ve been working out for an hour each day - so I’m back on track..but I have to admit the time off (I had a bf and my regime went off track - now i’m single again it’sback on track!) i got some serious ‘back’ as in ‘baby got back!’

 

back!  Oh well!  Back to dieting and training 4 this outa shape girl!  Wish me luck.
