Hello All !
As you can see by viewing my profile I am new to this site and pretty new to working out!
I am tired of whining and complaining about my body and how unhappy I am about it and not doing anything to change it. I have bought several fitness magazines, even a few books, and have searched the web tirelessly but can’t seem to get a straight answer on what I need to be doing. I have even worked with a personal trainer but really have not been able to stay in the gym or stick to a program for several reasons including, but not limited to, injuries and just being plain lazy. Well, Im sick of it and I’m ready to make a change once and for all!
That being said, if anyone has any ideas, comments, suggestions, tips, etc. I would greatly appreciate them.
