First of all id say theres no need to be so self conscious, ur legs look nice in the pic of u sittin down in a short skirt. But here are a few leg exercises u could use.
Lunges- thell tone up ur legs nd ur bum do it with just ur body weight.
stiff legged deadlifts- with a small weight, this will stretch ur muscles toning them up without adding too much muscle.
leg extensions
leg curls
Use a light weight with higher reps for all these exercises.
