ok, so as you noticed if ya checked back every once in a while I have pretty much fallen of the end of the earth (Bodyspace wise) and for a while even workout wise.

I joined Bally’s here in VA and am going on a semiregular basis, but I need to kick it back up a notch or ten and am determined to do so..once I find the motivation. Lately  my motivation for anything is..well noneexistant, which sucks and worries me a bit, I need to get motivated again, for everything and  importantly also for my workout and fitness level, my kids are not getting slower, they get more and more energetic each day and I need my own energy to keep up with them..sooo… motivation..come find me!!! ( and not just by way of a yelling grumbling hubby, cause well.. that don’t help half as much as he may think

first updated - frustrated to no end

Ugh, ok so I weighed myself for the first time until the initial time (a bit over a week ago) and I went from 221.8 to 222 lbs. I actually gained weight, even though I’ve been watching what I eat (actually started eating regularely finally) and working out every day. At first I was so mad, I was ready to through in the towel, then I thought, well maybe my body is not used to actually being fed regularely yet and is still horting like it used to. I really hope that is it, so I will wait and see how my weight looks in another week and just keep sticking to it. I hope I will see at least a minimal progress next week (even just a pound) cause I need something to show me this is working!!!

Well the lil cold I had when coming back turned into a nasty, no energy, feeling miserable chestcold…I hate it… there is so much I want to do, need to do and I don’t just mean work out (which is pretty much out of the question currently)..I am actaully taking cold meds and everyone that knows me, knows if I take meds it is bad, cause I hate meds and only take them if absolutely necessary and unavoideable. Hopefully this shit is over soon!!!

well it’s been a while since I wrote in here..sorry.. life was hectic, plus I was out of town…spend a few days up at the inlaws, alost scared to see what damage that did, cause I couldn’t go to the gym, missed my beloved water aerobics and well, the food choices were not as I had been sticking too since I started october 1st. To top it off, like everytime when I go up there around this time of year.. I got sick..I never get a cold, or very rarely, but everytime I go there around fall, I come Home wit ha cold, totally stuffed up nose, coughing and barely able to breath, hopefuly this passes quickly so I can get back into the game, I hate feeling miserable and not being able to work out like I want!!!

yay.. finally feeling better and was able to go back to the Gym… I feel great again… this new me has so much engery.. I cold move a mountain, or so it seems. Stay tuned.. things will shake up over the next few months

I went from feeling like Queen of the world on saturday to feeling like s*&&* on sunday and today still as well. Woke up with a killer headache, which didn’t even go away after the use of some perscription drugs that are strong enough that they make you sign for them (percucet), accompanied with vomitting and off and on fever. I was planning on going to the doc this morning, but here on post, the only *walk in care* you could get would be the ER, which would mean sitting around for 6 hours to get some Tylanol and the good words of resting and taking that for the fever and pain and making a follow up with your normal doc in a few days who could deal with it if it would still persist. Needless to say, I skipped the sitting around the ER for hours and simply got me some Tylanol for the fever and went to bed. It’s now noon and I feel slightly better, but still like crap, hopefully this is over with soon so that I can get back to my plan and persue my goals.

Thursday - a sort of off day

Well, today was an unplanned off day, Trinity had early out at school, so between bringing her to school, picking her up for her speech therapy, bringing her back to school and then shortly after pickign her back up since they got out early, there was just no time…so as an exception this week, I count today as the off day, which means however that sunday I will hit the gym for some cardio and a bit of strength training. But I was not totally lazy… I used the bit of time between running around to clean my fridge and pantry out, by time I was done, my fridge was empty except for 3 omions, a large tub of fat free plain yoghurt, 1 potato, a bit over a gallon of milk, 1 1/2 dozen eggs juice for the kids and some condiments. So I went shopping with the kids…I am proud of myself, didn’t by any meat or junk food, jsut fresh fruit and vegetables, and tomorrow morning I am going to get me some yummy salmon to alternate the protein between eggs, a bit of low fat cheese and fish…. no meat for a while, except on a rare occassion, gotta use the fact that I can make more fish without hubby complaining since he don’t like fish. Tomorrow is lower body day….yay.. maybe that distracts from my sore stomack and back from pilates yestersday….lol

Early morning drawback and solution

Well, as it often happens, as soon as I get hyped up to follow my new routine and all, life happens. In this case in form of my 10 month old who woke up at 4 with fever and screaming his head of, because he is teething. Of course, this cancels my gym for today cause there is no way I can put him into the gym daycare like that. BUT I still got my cardio in (today is cardio day), walked my daughter to school this morning pushing the stroller, the only way I could calm the baby down. That is a good 4 miles walk round trip with an uphill and downhill each way.

It is getting cooler so I might just add that as a regular added workout every morning monday to friday, depending on weather of course
