Overall good workout….It’s amazing what exercise placement does to your workout….I decided to do dips as my post workout exercise…..It would appear that I lifted less weight then last Monday but it feels like I got a more efficient workout & tear of the muscles….By the time I left the gym it felt like my triceps were going to explode….

So as my title indicates….I feel like weakness is laughing me in the face….
I’m so tired of the gym being closed….It’s closed today due to a damn carnival going on in the parking lot….Don’t they know I have work to do?! Don’t they know I need my fix?! They’ll be open tomorrow so I can thrash my self then….I just hate doing one of my most tiring work outs (legs & back) and then having to get home and hurry to get ready to head out to the bar to watch the Vikings.
Back to the subject at hand….Does anyone else have a certain exercise that for some reason you don’t feel like you’re improving on? For me it’s barbell Bench Press! I’ve had GREAT gains when it comes to other exercises (deadlift, leg press, DB bench press, etc….) but for some reason the BB Bench Press kicks my ass! I’ve always thought it was my form…well I’ve read and watched many videos on proper form….Seems like I’ve got that down….but for some reason I feel like a weak bitch! I know the BB BP is a big ego exercise and guys feel they need to stack on as much weight as possible….but I see guys in the gym (even guys smaller then me) doing alot more then I can do….I.E. my average reps for 90lbs is 8….And the 8th is really ugly getting it back up…..I just don’t get it!
Any thoughts?
